1. Electronic Record & Legal Acceptance

This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and respective rules concerning electronic records in various statutes. This digital agreement does not require any physical, facial, or digital signatures and constitutes a direct legally binding contract between You (The User/Merchant) and test.

2. Compliance with App Store Developer Policies

This policy strictly complies with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 and satisfies the mandatory Financial Services and Developer Content Policy guidelines enforced by the Google Play Console and Apple App Store. It mandates the publication of usage rules, dynamic privacy policies, and terms of operations for access via the test.msnsolution.online mobile application or desktop utility aids.

3. Mobile Recharge & DTH Services Live Service

Our platform enables real-time prepaid/postpaid mobile top-ups and DTH recharges via connected cellular operators.

• Accuracy of Information: The User is strictly responsible for entering the correct mobile number, operator details, and plan amount. test will not entertain refund requests for successful transactions sent to incorrect numbers.
• Transaction Reconciliation: In the event of network timeouts where funds are debited from the wallet but the operator status is pending, the balance will be reversed or settled automatically within 24 to 72 business hours based on operator response protocols.

4. Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) Utility Payment

Through integration with authorized BBPS pipelines, we facilitate utility payments including Electricity, Water, Gas, Fastag, and Broadband bills.

• Processing Timelines: While most bill settlements are instant, certain institutional billers take up to 2-3 business days to reflect the amount in their internal ledgers. Users must clear bills well ahead of due dates to avoid late penalties from billers.
• Limitation of Liability: We hold no accountability for dynamic convenience fees levied by specific billers or discrepancies arising from pre-existing disputes between consumers and service providers.

5. PAN Card Processing Services Govt Utility

Registered Retailers and Distributors can facilitate paperless or physical PAN Card applications through licensed backend facilities.

• Data Integrity & Verification: All entered applicant data must precisely match original identity proofs. Submission of illegible documents, deliberate typos, or mismatched files will result in application rejection without processing fee waivers.
• Anti-Forgery Clause: Submitting forged or stolen identity items is a direct violation of federal laws. Any such suspicious behavior will trigger immediate account freezing and permanent blacklisting from our B2B tier network.

6. Referral Network & Incentive Policy Earning System

Users can participate in our Multi-Tier Referral Program to earn commissions by onboarding new merchants, retailers, or distributors.

• Genuine Onboarding: Referral points, cashbacks, or commission structures are credited only when the referred user successfully completes full verification and initiates legitimate wallet transactions.
• Spam & Manipulation Filter: Creating duplicate, clone, or dummy merchant profiles using the same hardware/IP layout to abuse referral margins is strictly prohibited. Detected profiles will face instant wallet forfeiture and permanent portal termination.

7. User Accounts, Wallets & Security Compliance

To maintain active access, Master Distributors (MDS), Distributors (DS), and Retailers must clear mandatory verification parameters. You are exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your secure MPIN, OTP logs, and passwords. Any transaction validated via correct account credentials will be deemed executed by you, and test bears no liability for unauthorized profile breaches.

8. Hardware Permissions & Device Restriction

To curb digital fraud, identity masking, and money laundering risks, our Mobile Application requires specific device permissions—including location services, secure storage tokens, and biometric Registered Device (RD) driver detection. Running this platform inside rooted platforms, parallel space apps, custom ROMs, or third-party emulators is fully restricted to ensure core data integrity.

9. Termination & Amendments

We reserve the independent right to alter, remove, or append specific clauses within these Terms & Conditions at any given frame without prior notification. Your decision to remain active on our application after edits are pushed signifies your definitive compliance with the renewed versions.
